In 2000 Jason started appraising. He became a Certified Residential Appraiser in the state of Georgia in 2008. To date he has completed over 10,000 appraisals and logged nearly 20,000 hours of real estate appraisal experience. He has been FHA approved since 2007. Jason is currently the CEO and Chief Appraiser.
Lisa is a second generation real estate professional with more than 30 years experience in the real estate industry. She has been a staff appraiser with Chestatee Appraisals & Consulting since 2017. She holds a Georgia Certified Residential Appraiser license and works exclusively in the residential real estate appraisal market.
Ashley is a Licensed Residential Appraiser in Georgia. Ashley started appraisal work in 2017 . Ashley has lived to Georgia her whole life, and is married with two children. Ashley is also a licensed Real Estate Agent. She has been a staff appraiser for Chestatee Appraisals & Consulting since 2017.
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Heather is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance and investor relations. She also leads all human resources activities.
Heather is also the Owner, CEO, and Realtor for Eva Pendly Realty.
Shelby is not only handling the day-to-day office administrative duties, Shelby is also responsible for making the office run smoothly by frequently interacting with clients, answering general office phone calls and emails so that the appraisers can focus on work for our clients. She also ensures the office has the necessary supplies and equipment needed, coordinates the office schedules.
